- Do you employ the crew, or subcontract? Get it in writing.

Why own crews change the day
The load crew knows the inventory because they built it. The unload crew knows which box is the kitchen because they packed it — or they work with the same coordinators. Brokers optimize for whoever is cheapest that morning. That is fine for a junk run. It is a poor way to move a piano down a Hartford walk-up.
